Ukraine
Location
Zhytomyr region. This is the north-eastern region of Ukraine, where in the early 90s of the last century a third of the total area of hemp crops in Ukraine was grown. This was facilitated by the historically accumulated experience of growing bast crops in the region and the operation of processing plants. This is the region of Ukraine that the optimal conditions for growing hemp have historically developed because this crop needs a significant amount of moisture.
