On September 22-26, our team took part in the Rebirth of Ukraine trade mission, which took place in Washington, USA.
The mission was aimed at building ties between Ukrainian and American businesses, non-profit organizations, and local administrations in search of partnerships for Ukraine’s development. It allowed us to introduce Ukraine’s investment opportunities to the world in the form of projects and project proposals. It also included meetings with American agencies, industry associations, and investment funds.
Andriy Mykytiv, co-founder and CEO of Ma’Rijany Hemp Company, presented the Ma’Rijany Industrial Park, of which we are a member, to US investment companies as a place to create a sustainable, environmentally responsible business. After all, it will become a place of concentration of innovations in the field of industrial hemp processing.
The project presentation aroused interest from companies and representatives of financial institutions.
One of the priorities of this event was to create systematic communication and fruitful networking with international stakeholders interested in rebuilding Ukraine and direct interaction with local leaders in the regions. Our company’s activities aroused interest with its systematic and innovative approach to rethinking agro-processing to achieve sustainable development.
In addition to the official program, we had the opportunity to meet with companies interested in hemp products, as well as with technology companies developing innovative methods of deep processing of hemp.
One of these meetings was with Lawrence Serbin, one of the leading experts in the US industrial hemp industry. He is the founder and CEO of Hemp Traders, one of the largest industrial hemp distributors in North America. His experience in this field spans more than 30 years, making him an authoritative figure in the market for environmentally friendly and sustainable materials. Serbin is actively engaged in spreading knowledge about the benefits of industrial hemp, emphasizing its versatility in the textile industry, construction, bioplastics, and other sectors.
We promote Ukraine in the international business environment as a country for investment in sustainable production to revive the country’s industrial potential.
